There are tradeoffs to everything in life. When an SMB partners with a managed service provider (MSP) there are certian things that will change in the organization. Here are a few things to consider:

  • SMB s trade unpredictable, reactive, and costly IT services for a single, predictable subscription cost.
  • SMBs trade frantic in-house troubleshooting and gain high-quality, expert support.
  • SMBs trade reactive for proactive.
  • SMBs typically do very litte network monitoring. MSPs monitor network performance continually and can help prevent
    problems and service interruptions.
  • When issues arise, the MSP has the dedicated expertise to address them quickly leading to increased availability and uptime for the customer’s applications and infrastructure.
